Our friends at Day’s Jewelers in South Portland are hosting a 'Purr'fectly Precious Adoption Event to benefit HART June 24, 2023 from 10am-2pm, with lots of ways to get involved leading up to the day.

Stop by Day’s Jewelers in South Portland from now through the event on June 24 to:

• Enter to win one of their TWO giveaways by donating to HART in-store, purchasing a Pawprint Necklace, OR adopting one of the kitties you meet at the Adoption event on June 24.

• If you do plan to come to the event to meet some of our ‘Purr’fectly Precious adoptable kitties, be sure to fill out an adoption application before the event. 

• Purchase an adorable Paw Print Necklace from Day’s Jewelers in South Portland - proceeds will go directly to HART!

• Participate in the donation drive Day’s Jewelers in South Portland is running to collect some items we could use most right now, including:

• Unscented clumping litter

• Toys - crinkle balls, spring toys, small mice, etc

• General cleaning supplies - Paper towels, unscented H.E. laundry soap, dawn dish soap, heavy-duty kitchen trash bags, & dish sponges

• Flat cat beds 12 x 18 are perfect

• Dry food - specifically: 

  • Science diet 1-6 years, chicken

  • Science diet 11+ years, chicken

  • Natural Balance Duck & Green Pea

  • Purina Pro Plan chicken
