FUNDRAISING & DEVELOPMENT

Our Annual Yard Sale, along with multiple Bake & Craft Sales and fundraising events, collectively raised $122K.

Donors contributed a combined $35K in gifts made in honor or in memory of loved ones, reflecting deep community connection and meaningful tribute-based support.

Our Spring and Year-End Fundraisers generated just over $265K, contributing to total General Donation income of $336K.

Unrestricted grants contributed $86K, providing flexible funding to support HART’s core programs and operations.

The Cat Sponsorship Program raised $13K.

VOLUNTEER ONBOARDING & PROGRAMS

Achieved year-over-year increases in adoptions over the past three years

Coordinated care and placement during multiple high-volume overcrowding intake cases

Contributed more than 11,000 volunteer hours in support of shelter operations and programs

Formalized and expanded the Afternoon Volunteer Program, bringing in 20+ new families to provide consistent afternoon care for cats

Onboarded 12 new foster homes

Onboarded 6 new adoption counselors

Built and strengthened the foster program for both kittens and adult cats
