Matching Donors

Nothing inspires our supporters more than knowing their dollars will go further with a matching donation.

Help us encourage our potential individual donors to give to HART by becoming a matching donor.

As a matching donor for one of our fundraising campaigns, individuals are more likely to give because they know that their donations - no matter the amount - is making a larger impact in the long run.

For companies, foundations, and organizations, we will promote your philanthropically-minded organization through our fundraising appeal outreach, through social media, eNewsletters, our website, and mailings.

HART’S FUNDRAISING FOCUS

HART receives no public funding and is supported entirely by individual donors, foundations, and businesses, not to mention a committed group of volunteers. To underscore the work we do, we will focus our fundraising message on the cats that come to our shelter, the care they receive, and the impact HART makes in the lives of these cats until they day they are adopted. This helps donors understand why their support is so important. For examples of these stories, please see our mewsletter.

RECOGNITION

Supporters who contribute $2,500 or more will receive:

Individual Donors:

  • Recognition on HART’s social media channels

  • A private tour of our shelter to meet the cats your generosity has directly helped

Corporate, Foundation & Organizational Donors:

  • Your logo and link featured on our Corporate Sponsor page for one year

  • Logo and link included in the e-Mewsletters and printed mailer for the selected fundraising campaign (reach: 5,000+ subscribers)

  • A thank-you mention in our Fundraising Mewsletter mailing (reach: 5,000+ households)

  • Three or more social media mentions as a matching donor (3,000+ Instagram followers and 11,000+ Facebook followers)

Note: Anonymous donations are always welcome and will not be publicly recognized.
